The rest of this job role will detail what we expect from Business Development, what it is you’ll do, the skills you’ll develop, and the people you’ll work with.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Generate/identify brand leads that are the right fit for the company.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for new clients to ensure that SOW, Contracts, Invoices etc are in place and any other document/legal formalities are solved for when onboarding new clients/accounts/projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Head in structuring the business growth.
  • Understand client needs and communicate with them effectively to internal teams to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, developments, and growth across industries.
  • Work closely with the Business Head and handle day-to-day operations.
  • Be an active part in Business calls and build relationships with the prospects
  • Follow up with potential leads, identify blockers, and move forward accordingly


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Work experience of 3-4 years in Business Development/Media Sales in a Marketing agency
  • Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
