Job Description

  • Accountable for implementing the BCM program across Delivery Units Accounts
  • Responsible for driving ISO22301 certification for the organization
  • Ensure timely responses to RFP MSA reviews Client Assessments for Business Continuity
  • Work closely with the DU BCM Champion Account leadership team for BCM implementation
  • Coordinate with other support functions and oversee BCM implementation for internal services
  • Ensure Internal Audit planning for projects Accounts and Support functions and timely completion through periodic governance
  • Anchor BCM Governance meetings with Leadership teams and BCM role players
  • Manage BCR Operations team responsible for BCM implementation
