We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Director / Vice President of Sales with a demonstrated track record in selling Cloud solutions within the services industry to join our team. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities within our current customer base while actively pursuing new clients.

Position : Business Head - Cloud

Key Responsibilities:Cloud Sales Leadership :Lead and drive cloud sales with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and market trends in cloud services.Team Management :Oversee a team of 6-7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.Business Growth :Develop strategies to increase the current turnoverAnalyze market conditions and customer needs to enhance service offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Reporting and Collaboration :Providing regular updates on sales performance and business development initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Key Requirements:Experience :7-8 years of experience in cloud sales, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.6-7 years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.6+ years experience in selling Cloud/Data/AI solutions to business and technology stakeholders. Understanding of startups are a plus.Amazon Web Services experience is a MUST.Demonstrable experience in working with cloud platform companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google towards mutually beneficial partnerships.
