Amazon Global Selling is an important initiative to grow the Amazon Marketplace Seller Business around the world, with the India team focusing on helping Indian sellers list on other Amazon global marketplaces.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be part of the Global Selling team within Amazon Services. This person will have the exciting opportunity to help deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of Amazon Services by small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India wishing to sell globally, and play a key role in influencing product selection on global Amazon websites. This role is focused on the strategic and operational aspects of building a network of third party partners who can in turn help sellers build their e-commerce business on Amazon. You will be expected to build and manage a network of partners who would deliver organic and new business growth to Amazon’s marketplace by enabling sellers on the platform. Due to the nascency of this initiative, the role is entrepreneurial in nature.
This role will be a combination of business development - entailing identification, due diligence and onboarding of new partners - and account management – entailing formulation of joint business plans, partner growth strategies, partner compliance / quality control and execution of the same. You must possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to explore win-win opportunities with partners in order to best represent our products and programs.
You will be responsible for developing and managing both internal and external relationships with the goal of growing the Amazon marketplace seller business. You should be comfortable with balancing multiple priorities, developing and executing marketing plans, working with internal and external partners, as well as strategically analyzing data to take informed decisions.
To be successful in this role you must have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business environment.

• Design and implement GTM for partner recruitment for the assigned territory.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close agreements and onboard partners.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve partner experience.
• Consult and coach partners to grow and deliver results.
• Develop and execute seller acquisition strategy to drive scalable and sustainable partner growth
• Develop and manage processes for scalable growth of the channel in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, monitor and improve performance of partners and the channel. Lead strategic conversations with partners and navigate complex relationships.
• Deliver on input and output goals charted for the channel.
Location:
This position is based in Bangalore, India and will require travel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of sales experience
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience influencing C-level executives
