What You’ll Do: Drive Sales for Online Degree Programs: Sell online degree courses like MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA to prospective students.
Engage with Potential Learners: Spend at least 120 minutes daily speaking to students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best courses.
Host Virtual Counseling Sessions: Conduct 1-2 virtual sessions daily, providing detailed information on courses and resolving queries (60 minutes each).
Proactive Follow-Ups: Make 4-5 follow-up calls per lead and aim to connect with at least 40% of your leads daily.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Target Achievers: You thrive in a target-driven environment and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Bangalore Enthusiasts: You are either based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to this vibrant city.
Skills You’ll Need: Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close sales and handle objections professionally.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
English Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BSc, Management, etc.) preferred.
