My Coffee Co. is a premium cafe and grab-and-go coffee kiosk brand catering to busy corporate professionals in Gurgaon’s Cyber City. We are committed to providing high-quality beverages, healthy breakfast options, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, team performance, and overall customer experience for My Coffee Co. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage service, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure smooth, profitable, and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the cafe/kiosk(s).• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to maintain stock levels without wastage.• Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

2. Sales & Profitability

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet monthly revenue targets.• Develop and execute promotional strategies (e.g., ₹29 tea campaign, combo offers) in collaboration with the

marketing team.• Identify new revenue opportunities, such as catering or corporate tie-ups.

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure delivery of a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with the brand’s vision.• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and services.

4. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise cafe/kiosk staff, ensuring they understand My Coffee Co.’s standards and values.• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular reviews.• Create and maintain a positive, motivating work environment.

5. Financial & Cost Management

• Maintain operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency in labor, supplies, and utilities.• Track and reduce waste through effective resource management.• Monitor and control cash flow, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.

6. Reporting & Metrics

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on:• Sales performance• Customer feedback• Cost control• Employee productivity• Use data insights to implement changes and drive growth.

7. Innovation & Strategy

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation.• Collaborate with the management team to introduce new menu items and seasonal promotions.• Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and enhancing the brand’s presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).• 5+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in cafes, quick-service restaurants, or kiosks.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Proficiency in inventory management and sales analytics.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.• Passion for customer service and the F&B industry.
