User Interface Designer

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Problem-Solving UI/UX Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong background in user interface and user experience design. They will have a proven track record of solving challenging design problems and delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and usability best practices.- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or ProtoPie
