Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Problem-Solving UI/UX Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong background in user interface and user experience design. They will have a proven track record of solving challenging design problems and delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and usability best practices.

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or ProtoPie
