We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.). Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports . Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.G., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.G., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing both organic and paid campaigns . Understanding of SEO , content marketing , and brand strategy . Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
