Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) located in
Mumbai & Indore
. The ASM will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing sales strategies, managing dealer/distributor, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research. The role also entails training and mentoring dealer/distributors sales staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and reporting sales metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Territory Management, and Sales Strategy development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Data analysis and market research skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the home décor or related industry is a plus
