Job Title: Learning and Development (L& D) ExecutiveCompany: K12 Techno Service (Operates Orchids International School)Location: BangaloreJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 0-1 YearsPackage: 04 06 LPAEducation: Non-technical degree (MBA not required)Looking for immediate joinersJob Description:K12 Techno Service, the organization behind Orchids International School, is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development (L& D) Executive. As an L& D Executive, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.Design and deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions and booking venues.Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any non-technical field.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Interview Format:The interview will be 20 minutes long.The first 5 minutes will be dedicated to introductions and getting to know each other.The remaining 15 minutes will be for the candidate to deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice related to education or training.Apply now to be a part of our dynamic teamshare your resume to :
