The Role: Customer Success Team Member We’re looking for a Customer Success professional to join our growing team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you’ll own the complete recovery process for each client — guiding them through every step of reclaiming their assets and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to make sure every case is handled efficiently and with care. What You’ll Do Act as the main link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and progress on each recovery case. Take complete ownership of the client’s recovery journey — from initiation to successful completion. Maintain detailed records, track client updates, issue documents, manage payments, and coordinate with third parties. Collaborate with teammates, applying best practices and improving internal processes. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of the stock market, mutual funds, and finance fundamentals. Passion for investing and financial markets. Independent thinker with curiosity and problem-solving ability. A team player who thrives in a collaborative setup. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — absolutely essential.
