Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive forward-thinking leader to manage our human resources and operations efficiently. This role is central to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our workforce is aligned with Transight's vision and goals. Based in our Kochi office, you will be crucial in enhancing our organizational dynamics and driving business success. As the Head of Human Capital Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources (HR) management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy, supporting growth, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier talent. Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee loyalty.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture by designing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Oversee the performance management process to ensure clear goal setting, regular feedback, and career development for employees.
Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees, support career growth, and address skill gaps.
Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while staying within budget.
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and central government regulations.
Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
Candidates with Malayalam as their mother tongue are strongly preferred.
