Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of our LMS (Retool), including uploading content and ensuring it goes live smoothly.
- Act as a liaison between learners and educators to address any issues and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run seamlessly.
- Support the team in content-related tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy before content goes live.
- Maintain and manage internal documentation and spreadsheets, utilizing Google Sheets to track tasks and data.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tasks as the internship progresses, contributing to operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic Google Workspace tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
