This is a remoteposition.


This position iscurrently fully remote. WFH.

Youll be associated under our web productssales division called AGS Acowale Global Services where you willplay a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding ourclient base. Your primary responsibility will be to identifypotential clients pitch our web products initially includingwebsite development services and secure projects that align withour expertise and client needs.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identifyand research potential clients in target industries.
  • Utilize variouschannels such as cold calling email outreach networking events andsocial media to generate leads.

ClientConsultation and Needs Analysis:

  • Conductthorough consultations with potential clients to understand theirbusiness objectives challenges and website developmentneeds.
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams tocreate customized proposals and solutions that address clientrequirements.

Sales Presentations andPitching:
  • Prepare and deliver compellingsales presentations to showcase our capabilities previous work andvalue proposition.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of choosing AcowaleGlobal Services for website development projects.

Negotiation andClosing:

  • Negotiate terms pricing and contracts withclients to ensure a winwin outcome.
  • Close deals andsecure project contracts meeting or exceeding sales targets andquotas.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsproviding ongoing support and addressing any concerns orfeedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamlessproject delivery and clientsatisfaction.

Requirements Requirements:
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afastpaced environment.
  • Goaloriented mindsetwith a track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Basic understanding of website developmentconcepts processes and technologies (prior experience in webdevelopment sales is a plus).

Benefits Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation range with a fullycommissionbased structure offering potential monthly earnings ofminimum 15000 to an average upto 70000 based on performance.( Currently we have over 240sales representatives exclusively in India. Approximately 60% ofthem earn between 31000 to 42000 monthly. Around 35% achieveearnings up to 85000 while the remaining 5% earn approximately125000 per month.) Compensation for International clientwill differ as per project scale and could go up to 125000 for just 5 clients.

How much salary/compensationcan I expect
Your compensation will be fully based on sales volumeas per our transparent paystructure. Initially youll receive 10%15%of your total sales volume as compensation. Additionally you canearn a bonus upon achieving certain targets. For example one of ourexecutives Ms. Nanditha Devadas earned 45374.39 last month fromsales of business websites alone. She successfully acquired 15clients for the 25000 website plan within a 30day duration.Meanwhile our star performer Mrs. Vinny Rani earned 107873.57during the same period.
Where is my work location
This is a fully remoteposition. Once initial process is completed youll have a 4 dayscertified online training workshop. Upon successful completion ofthe training youll be onboarded via our secure digital onboardingplatform.
