Role Description

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality service delivery, and handling customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing service operations and a team of technicians
  • Knowledge of automobile servicing industry trends and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Technical proficiency in garage equipment and tools
