CloudSEK’s Product Suite:
CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.
Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Company’s ARR Goals (20%)
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive initiatives that contribute to
achieving the $12 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target by the end of the year.
2. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives (50%)
Oversee the Business Development Representative (BDR) program to ensure a
conversion rate of 40% of leads to customers by Q4.
Identify and implement new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives that align with
the company's long-term goals.
3. Assist the Founder with Fundraising Efforts (10%)
Support the founder in fundraising activities.
Prepare necessary documentation and presentations for investors.
Achieve successful fundraising outcomes and maintain a high CEO rating.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a strategic role with a focus on business development and operational management.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Background in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Experience in a similar role or within a leadership capacity.
Work Environment:
This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent company needs.
The position may involve occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, or events.
