We are looking for your expertise as a Commercial Manager is responsible for the commercial performance of marine infrastructure and dredging projects. To maximize project profitability and ensure commercial compliance while supporting operational teams in delivering high-quality marine and dredging works. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.   Seize your chance and apply today Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Analyze financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.  Develop procurement strategies for marine equipment, vessels, and materials. Oversee tendering processes and evaluate supplier bids. Act as the commercial point of contact for clients and partners. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing bids. Lead a team of quantity surveyors, contract administrators, and commercial analysts. Provide commercial input to project managers and senior leadership. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of experience including experience in dredging, marine construction, or offshore projects, and familiarity with international organizations. Experience with International Location, on Tenders, Project / Budget Controls and Claims.
