Position Overview: Thinkhumble is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with experience in a similar role and industry. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up initial meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.

● Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to effectively communicate how ThinkHumble solutions can address them.

● Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets.

Who You Are:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● 1-4 years of experience in end to end sales development, lead generation or inside sales, direct client interaction, negotiations, deal closures preferably within the education, technology, or AI industry.

● Experience in International sales preferably USA is preferred.

● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via email. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
