Job Description

A Technical Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving business growth by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain relationships with clients, respond to customer inquiries, forecast sales, arrange services, and order new products.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads to contribute to business growth.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through participation in industry events.
  • Event Participation: Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience utilizing customer relationship management software.
  • Prior Experience: 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a sales or related field.
