Account Manager Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:A dynamic and enthusiastic individual, characterized by a vibrant and energetic approach. This individual ishighly motivated and creative, possessing both experience and a deep passion for establishing connectionswith current and prospective customers. This fervor is evident in daily interactions, aiming to transformadmirers into customers and customers into advocates.The candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of upholding and showcasing the exceptional qualityof work, ensuring timely execution and correspondence across all aspects, and delivering unparalleledservice to our clients. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
Customer Delight:● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.● Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.● Ensure overall client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.● Strive for customer delight through exceptional service delivery.● Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transition and effective communication of client needs and expectations to internal teams.● Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team
Process Understanding:● Have a comprehensive understanding of internal processes.● Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows.● Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.● Facilitate communication and collaboration between Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments as needed.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and account information in the CRM system. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Project Understanding:● Gain a deep understanding of client projects and objectives.● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.● Provide clients with insights and updates on project progress.● Address and resolve internal issues related to client accounts promptly and effectively.● Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.● Must Haves: Hands-on experience on Excel and google sheet. Proficient with Lookups, Pivots and ReportingResearch:● Possesses strong research capabilities to stay informed about industry trends and client industries.● Utilizes research to enhance client interactions and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:Education:● Graduate/Post GraduateCommunication Skills:● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.Problem-Solving Skills:● Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.● Think critically and creatively to address client and internal challenges.Work under Pressure:● Capable of working efficiently in high-pressure situations.● Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
