SimplifyVMS is a leading global SAAS provider of contingent workforce VMS solutions and is one of the fastest growing extended workforce technology providers globally. Ranked by various industry analysts a leading platform SimplifyVMS continues to evolve and be the pioneer for the larger extended workforce industry.
SimplifyVMS is a very sophisticated multi-tenant SAAS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture. Looking for a resource who has worked on sophisticated SAAS platforms or microservices products. Experience working with global teams would be a big plus. Should be able to own workstreams within the platform and be responsible for it end to end to deliver outstanding outcomes. Our clients are large enterprise Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies and need complex engineering design to meet their expectations.
Marketing and Demand Generation Leader – HR Tech SaaS
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing and Demand Generation Leader to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our HR Tech SaaS VMS platform. This role will be instrumental in building and executing strategic marketing programs that fuel our growth, align with sales objectives, and position our company as a leader in the HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation and Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Leverage data analytics to identify high-performing channels and double down on ROI-positive initiatives.
Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Define and communicate a clear brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Position the company as a thought leader in HR tech by creating compelling messaging that addresses target audience pain points.
Content and Inbound Marketing
- Oversee the creation of high-value content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, eBooks, and videos.
- Drive inbound marketing strategies to capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and improve lead conversion rates.
- Develop and provide sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitor analysis.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor customer journeys and improve marketing strategies.
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years leading demand generation efforts.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Experience in HR Tech or a related industry (preferred).
Skills:
- Expertise in modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), inbound marketing, and outbound strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling campaigns.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced marketing certifications (preferred but not required).
Other Requirements:
- Experience managing a team and working in cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of global marketing strategies, including compliance with GDPR and other regional regulations.
