PostGrid is a fast-growing startup that enables businesses to automate their offline communications. We're building APIs that allow our users to send physical mail around the world without ever touching an envelope. We're looking for software engineers who will help us transform the way people work with direct mail. We serve over 500 million API calls a month and are scaling up to handle billions.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketer with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Outbound Marketing to drive pipeline growth and lead generation. You will design and execute strategies that focus on acquiring and nurturing high-value accounts while optimizing outbound marketing channels such as email, targeted account advertising, and retargeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and create tailored campaigns.
- Design account-specific outreach campaigns, leveraging personalized messaging and multi-channel tactics.
Outbound Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and manage outbound email campaigns targeted at specific personas within key accounts.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and intent-based advertising to reach decision-makers.
- Develop messaging frameworks that align with the buyer's journey, focusing on nurturing cold and warm leads.
Targeted Account Advertising:
- Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (e.g., programmatic ads, social ads) for account engagement.
- Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Partner with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team to create relevant assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, tailored to target accounts.
- Collaborate with the SDR and sales teams to share insights and align on account prioritization and outreach strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, including engagement rates, lead-to-MQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes.
Technology and Tools:
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) for lead nurturing and tracking.
- Use ABM platforms to segment and monitor account engagement.
- Work with intent data providers to prioritize outreach.
Requirements
Experience:
- 4+ years in demand generation marketing, with a strong focus on ABM and outbound marketing.
- Proven success in building and executing ABM programs targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Skills:
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms HubSpot and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for better performance.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills for creating engaging content.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of outbound marketing channels, such as email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, and Google Display ads.
- Familiarity with account-based analytics tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of buyer personas and B2B sales funnels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
- Background in scaling demand generation programs for high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with direct mail or offline communication campaigns is a plus.
