Job Summary:

As the Training Manager for OPPO Kerala, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and

managing training initiatives for over 900 sales promoters and supervisors across the region. You

will ensure that field teams are equipped with the right product knowledge, sales techniques, and

soft skills to drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Strategy & Planning


• Design annual and quarterly training plans aligned with national objectives and Kerala

market needs.


• Identify skill gaps and training needs across field teams through regular assessments

and feedback from sales leadership.

  1. Content Development & Delivery


• Create and localize training modules focused on product knowledge, selling skills,

customer service, grooming, and compliance.


• Deliver classroom, on-field, and virtual training sessions to new and existing sales

promoters and supervisors.

  1. Performance & Impact Measurement


• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as sales uplift, attendance, promoter

feedback, and mystery audits.


• Collaborate with sales managers to monitor post-training performance and recommend

interventions.

  1. Team Leadership & Coordination


• Lead a team of trainers and coordinate with HR, sales heads, and area managers for

smooth execution of training programs.


• Ensure 100% onboarding training completion for all new hires across the state.

  1. Stakeholder Management


• Work closely with the Sales Head, HR Department, Marketing team, and OPPO India to

support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.


• Act as a training ambassador for Kerala region and maintain continuous communication

with store managers, supervisors, and promoter groups.

  1. Reporting & Documentation


• Maintain accurate records of all training activities, attendance, assessments, and field

visits.


• Prepare monthly and quarterly training dashboards and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, or related field.


• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar training role; retail/mobile industry preferred.


• Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.


• Strong public speaking, communication, and coaching skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala, India & Abroad.


• Immediate Joiners preferred.
