Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - SAP/Vendor Invoice Management

1. Identifying and resolving customers' issues in a timely manner via telephone support and written correspondence.

2. Managing customer relationships and clearly documenting all interactions within the CRM application.

3. Providing suggestions for alternate support options for customer issues that are not related to Open Text's products.

4. Testing of Open Text product issues within various environments for validation and solution purposes.

5. Reporting software bugs and customer suggestions to SME.

Technical Experience:

1. 10+ of hands-on experience working on OpenText VIM

2. 10+ of experience working within a technical support environment

3. Experience with SAP R/3 and S4/HANA

4. Experience in SAP workflow and ABAP Programming

5. Experience in ALV Report Development

6. Working Knowledge in SAP FI/MM modules (Technical) and business processes

7. Some experience with SAP Fiori and Web services

8. Skills in dialog programming, building custom screens and transactions

9. Excellent phone and written communication skills required

10. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills required
