You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, marketplace optimization, and growth strategy execution, working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.You will also guide junior specialists, ensuring campaign excellence and process discipline.iKey ResponsibilitiesPerformance Ownership- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and other marketplaces(Flipkart, Quick comm)- Conduct deep-dive analysis into KPIs such as ROAS, ACo S, CTR, CVR, and sales trends to identify performance levers.- Develop and implement data-driven optimization plans across bids, budgets, placements, and targeting.- Manage A/B tests for creative, product titles, and copy to improve CTR and conversion rates.
