Cubic Logics, a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions like Helpdesk 365, HR365, Asset Management, and Contract Management, is looking for a passionate SaaS Demo Specialist to support our growing North American market. If you love interacting with customers and showcasing cutting-edge software solutions, this is the perfect role for you
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging product demos of Cubic Logics solutions (Helpdesk 365, HR365, Asset Management, Contract Management) for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor demos accordingly.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Address customer questions and provide technical insights during the demo process.
• Ensure seamless customer experience by coordinating with technical and support teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Cubic Logics products and industry trends.
• Assist in crafting demo scripts and product presentations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS product demos or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex software concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with HR solutions, helpdesk systems, or asset/contract management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and related technologies (preferred).
