Job Description:
Maruti Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Coordinator to handle day-to-day administrative operations and assist in tendering processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling both GeM Portal and other online/offline tendering procedures, with strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle and coordinate all activities related to tendering, including:
- Identifying relevant tenders (online/offline).
- Preparing necessary documents and proposals.
- Submitting tenders within deadlines.
- Work actively on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal:
- Product listing, bidding, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with GeM guidelines.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, departments, and government bodies for tender-related queries and documentation.
Maintain and organize all tender documentation (physical and digital) for record-keeping.
Follow up on submitted tenders and update the management with the status.
Provide assistance in preparing reports, data entry, and documentation related to office and tendering processes.
Support management in miscellaneous tasks as and when required.
Proficiency :
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - must be comfortable working with spread sheets and documentation.
- Internet browsing, email drafting, and document formatting
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GeM Portal and tendering processes (both online & offline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in tendering and coordination
