Transport JD :
Should be familiar with employee Transport Management and exposure to supervising transport operations will be added qualification.
Vehicle Fleet Management: Manage and maintain a fleet of buses, cabs, and cars.
Should be capable of managing transport vendors
Exposure to Route Optimization, transport cost management, transportation safety, driver training will be desired.
Services JD :
House Keeping: Manage and oversee all aspects of office cleaning requirements through the HK staff & supervisor teams.
Security: End to End office physical security management includes (People/Assets/Building etc.)
Food & Beverage: overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations including cafeteria, pantries & dining areas.
Client Visits & Conference room Management: Manage & oversee all requirements end to end during customer visits.
Space Management: Involves assessing, planning, and utilizing space to support the business’s goals and objectives.
Audits: Manage internal & external audits & be responsible for ensuring processes & practices are followed.
Access Control System: Manage enabling & revoking of access & to generate reports as and when required.
GYM & Club House: Ensure all the internal & external club activities are managed and maintained.
Horticulture: Lead and manage the development, protection, and enhancement of the plants/trees/grass patches & landscapes.
Data (MIS ) : Should be capable of maintaining data and consolidating them for regular reviews and be able to take decisions on them
Capacity to liaise with facilities fraternity will be an added advantage.
Quality: Implement quality control measures to ensure admin services meet or exceed defined quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: should be familiar with collaborating with multiple cross functional departments and be capable of building rapport with them.
HSE / ESG : Should possess working knowledge on HSC and ESG and sustainability
Should be capable of providing training & professional development opportunities for support staff periodically.
Should have experience in vendor selection and negotiations.
Experience in handling Guest Houses will be an added qualification.
