Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for a Car Service Advisor. The Car Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering customer-focused service. The daily tasks will involve handling customer service inquiries, addressing aftersales concerns, and maintaining effective communication with customers to elevate their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Aftersales
  • Ability to work on-site in Siliguri
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field is preferred
