Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding paid services and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain customer records, update details, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (automobile industry experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience.

Salary: As per industry standards.
