We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Rajasthan . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the dental materials industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base within Rajasthan.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dental professionals, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote Waldent's range of dental materials and equipment through targeted sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field ; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales management, preferably within the dental materials or medical devices industry .
