Customers can earn points on every purchase and redeem them immediately on their next visit.We combine the best of modern trade with neighborhood convenience to ensure the lowest prices and the highest quality, valuing every piece of feedback to improve continually.About the Position:As an SDE in the Backend Development team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems to support our core operations and provide a seamless user experience.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.Design RESTful APIs to integrate with mobile and web applications.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, optimize performance bottlenecks, and implement robust logging and monitoring practices.Collaborate with frontend and mobile development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on automation.Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Requirements:Experience:
2+ years in backend development using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).Skills:Strong proficiency in Python and experience with asynchronous programming.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).Proficiency in deploying applications using Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Unittest).Soft Skills:
