B2B Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by effectively positioning our products in the market.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the sensor and sensor lighting market.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.Product Expertise:Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's sensor and sensor lighting solutions.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients.Market Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the sensor sector.Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market demands.Sales Operations:Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to management.Networking and Events:Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.Requirements:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Engineering.Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
