The company is well-established and operates with a strong emphasis on delivering excellence in its industry Job Description Support fund raising across debt and equity instruments for infrastructure and real estate businesses, including NCD, project finance, term loans, LRD and CP Collaborate with the CFO to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial practices. Mentor and guide the accounting & finance team to achieve departmental goals. The Successful Applicant A successful AVP - CFO's Office should have: CA/CFA+MBA with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of fundraising, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Experience in the property or building & construction industry is advantageous. Proficiency in financial systems and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
