Job Title: Sales and Consulting Manager
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in both Sales and Consulting domains.
Role Overview: In-depth Consulting Services is seeking a versatile Sales and Consulting Manager to join our team. This dynamic role requires a strong background in sales and consulting, particularly in leadership assessment and development, organizational and HR process design, and executive recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution (70%):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry contacts and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to effectively promote our products and services.
2. Consulting and Client Engagement (20%):
- Collaborate with the CEO to collect client data, analyze results, and develop preliminary diagnoses and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to gather data, provide insights, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Document research findings, interim reports, and final presentations using the Microsoft Office suite.
3. Administrative and Operational Support (10%):
- Manage administrative tasks including program logistics, billing, collections, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of sales and consulting projects.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Smart, confident, and extroverted individual with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong consulting skills, including research, analysis, and solution development across various domains such as leadership assessment, HR processes, and executive recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA) in HR or People Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology.
Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with experience in consulting, HR services, executive search firms, or industries with a strong focus on leadership development and organizational design are highly desirable.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and competitive with the market.
