KeyResponsibilities:

ComplianceManagement:
Stay updated with relevant lawsand regulations pertaining to labor payroll andbenefits.
Develop and implement compliance policies andprocedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliancewith internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with legal and finance departments to resolvecompliance issues.

PayrollProcessing:
Process payrollaccurately and on time using payroll software.
Verifyattendance and deductions.
Handle inquiries and issuesrelated to Payroll from employees.

Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs such as health insuranceretirement plans etc.
Facilitate enrollment and educateemployees on benefits options.
Coordinate with benefitproviders and resolve issues related to benefits.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and updated employee records andpayroll data.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitivepayroll and compliance information.
Generate reports andanalyze payroll data as needed.

Communication:
Communicate payroll and benefits information effectively toemployees.
Address employee queries and concerns relatedto payroll and benefits.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer PayrollSpecialist or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of payrollprocedures regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office particularlyExcel.
Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills.
Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
Outstanding organizational and time managementskills.
Ability to handle confidential information withintegrity.
