We’re lookingfor a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance department. A highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within our organization.● MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes.● Expense Cross-Charging: Ensure that expenses incurred on behalf of other entities are correctly back-charged to the appropriate intercompany accounts.● Verify that cross-charges are accurately recorded and supported by appropriate documentation.● Maintain Trackers: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for rent and vehicle expenses.● Ensuring proper database is maintained for all the rental properties. Ensure that all expenses are accurately accounted for in the financial records and are in line with Lease accounting policy as per IFRS 16.● Consignment Accounting: Handle accounting for consignment stock, including tracking and reporting on consignment-related transactions.● Maintaining Book Hygiene: Ensure accurate and clean financial records by regularly reviewing and rectifying discrepancies.● Accruals and Deferrals: Record and review accruals and deferrals to ensure that expenses and revenues are recognized in the correct accounting periods.● Preparing Cost Sheets: Develop and maintain detailed cost sheets to analyze and control expenses.● Book Closure: Assist in the monthly and yearly book closure processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.● Balance Sheet Review: Regularly review and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.● Audit Assistance: Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation and addressing auditor queries.What you’ll need?● Chartered Accountant (CA), with at least 2 years of experience.● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data management capabilities.● Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards● Attention to Detail and strong focus on accuracy and completeness in financial data management● Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and auditors● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyWho will excel?● We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.● You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.● We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.● noon is not for everyone;
