Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Associate to lead and manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively across teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1 Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
2 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, events, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
4 Develop and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.
5 Track, measure, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
6 Coordinate marketing for events, partnerships, and brand activations.
7 Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Skill
*Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
*Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably handling multiple projects. *Strong project management and organizational skills.
*Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480, ₹720,000.00 per year
