About the Company:
InSolare Energy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our participation in emerging energy tenders and opportunities around Green Hydrogen (GH2), Green Ammonia (NH3), e-fuels, and other green molecules. This role will be pivotal in analyzing tender requirements, formulating bid strategies, and driving internal alignment on technical configurations, techno-commercial evaluations, and submission readiness. The candidate will be the technical subject matter expert for this vertical and act as the internal anchor across business, engineering, and regulatory functions.

InSolare Energy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our participation in emerging energy tenders and opportunities around Green Hydrogen (GH2), Green Ammonia (NH3), e-fuels, and other green molecules.
Responsibilities:
- Tender Evaluation & Strategy:
- Continuously monitor national and international tenders/RFPs related to GH2, NH3, green fuels, etc.
- Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope, technical requirements, financial models, and bid timelines.
- Prepare Go/No-Go recommendations and coordinate bid planning across departments.
- Technical Ownership:
- Lead internal technical discussions and align cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, procurement, finance).
- Build and own conceptual designs, system configurations, and technical write-ups for proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with electrolysis technologies, ammonia synthesis, green fuel logistics, and storage methods.
- Liaison & Engagement:
- Liaise with OEMs, technology providers, consultants, and external stakeholders to gather technical inputs and quotes.
- Represent InSolare in pre-bid meetings, industry roundtables, and policy forums, as applicable.
- Documentation & Submission:
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.
- Prepare and review BOQs, technical datasheets, solution narratives, and risk assessments.
- Strategy & Innovation:
- Contribute to internal strategy development for green molecules business.
- Identify partnerships, JV opportunities, and project development models in the hydrogen economy.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering; M.Tech or MBA is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in the energy sector with at least 2–3 years in GH2/NH3/green fuels domain.
- Strong grasp of electrolysis technologies (PEM, Alkaline, SOEC), ammonia synthesis routes, hybrid RE systems, etc.
- Proven experience in technical bid management or techno-commercial proposal development.
Required Skills:
- Deep domain expertise in green hydrogen, ammonia, and related clean energy value chains.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and execution-focused approach.
