Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) located in Jaipur. The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead the development and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, integrating with other systems, and providing technical leadership to the team. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, customization, and integration
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Marketing) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
