Position: Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud)
Experience Required: 45 years
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Manage Lead, Opportunity, Pipeline, and Forecasting processes in Sales Cloud.
- Configure and optimize Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, and Omni-Channel in Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations.
- Build and optimize automation flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure data quality, migration, and security best practices.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience in Sales and Service processes: Lead-to-Cash, Case lifecycle, Service Console, CTI/Omni-Channel.
- Good knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, and Automation.
- Exposure to API integrations and AppExchange solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification (must have).
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Knowledge of Einstein AI, Analytics, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
