Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-presented, efficient, and friendly Front Office Executive (Receptionist) to be the first point of contact at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities while creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle daily incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing internal meetings.
- Support basic administrative and clerical tasks (e.g. data entry, filing, photocopying).
- Coordinate with internal departments for any front-office support.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies related to reception/admin area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
Working Hours:
Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
