  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or related field; MBApreferred.
  • 3 years of experience in growthmarketing (B2C) digital marketing orperformance marketing roles preferably in the healthcare ortechnology sector.
  • Proven track record ofdriving user acquisition and revenue growth through digitalmarketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skillswith the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionableinsights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketingtools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads FacebookAds Manager etc.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passionfor experimentation andoptimization.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsorientedwith a strong sense of ownership andaccountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement datadriven growth marketing strategies to drive useracquisition activation retention andrevenue.
  • Conduct market research and competitoranalysis to identify growth opportunities and markettrends.
  • Create and manage digital marketingcampaigns across channels such as SEM SEO social media email andcontent marketing.
  • Lead branding initiatives toestablish and maintain a strong brand identity and presence in themarket.
  • Develop compelling content strategiesand oversee the creation of highquality content assets includingblog posts articles videos infographics andmore.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and userjourneys to improve key performance metrics such as CAC LTV andROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and userbehavior using analytics tools to identify insights andopportunities for optimization.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including product engineering and designto drive alignment and support productled growthinitiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latesttrends and best practices in growth marketing branding and contentmarketing.
