Role Mission and Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement strategies/plans to achieve growth
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends. Make informed decisions of what should we experiment with.
  3. Monitor market dynamics, including consumer preferences, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and adjust category strategies accordingly.
  4. Think of optimization strategies to increase the customer value propositions
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional plans to drive growth and increase brand visibility.
  6. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and emerging technologies relevant for the category.
  8. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales representatives and marketing managers, to ensure the successful execution of category strategies.
  9. Creating leading customer value proposition and ensuring maximum traction on digital assets of Adani Digital Labs.
  10. Clear communicator with proven ability to create and drive outcomes through strong collaboration with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities at once.

  1. Experience of effectively leading and growing the category
  2. Understanding of broader industry trends
  3. Excellent cross - relationship management abilities
  4. Excellent strategic thinking skills, as well as proficiency in identifying and evaluating data driven trends.
  5. Methodical and detail-oriented, organized and self-starter.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills at all levels.
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make things happen
  8. Efficient in dealing with ambiguous situations
