Then read onWe are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect who will be responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the Salesforce product solutions. Will be working with both Business and IT team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong architectural principles, use system resources efficiently, and integrate cleanly with the user interface and server components of the Salesforce applications and technical architecture.In this role you will be responsible for:Interact with end users and super users in the Commercial Operations organization (Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care) to understand their business requirementsDevelop solution proposals to address requirements based on standard or customized functionality in the Salesforce applicationBe a functional expert in Lead and Account Management, Opportunity Management, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) and Service ManagementFor approved projects/enhancements, manage the delivery through all stages: detail design, development, test, user acceptance testing and promotion to production, following Cepheid’s policies and procedures.Work with/ manage offshore resources for projects/enhancements when requiredThe required qualifications for the job include:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalentMinimum work experience of 8+ years in Salesforce.com application developmentSalesforce.com CPQ implementation and support experienceProficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Component development and JavaScriptGood understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and Community CloudIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Obtained Salesforce.com certifications around Developer, Administrator, Sales Cloud, Architect etc.Developing customer-facing user interfacesCepheid, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
