We are seeking a passionate Talent Development (L&D) Sr. Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. As the TD Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our employees enhance their skills, knowledge and effectively guiding employees through their learning and competency development journey.


By providing training and development opportunities, you will contribute to our company’s success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. If you have expertise in designing e-learning courses and managing TD team and training budgets, we invite you for an interview. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs, Identify, and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers and Top Management.
  • Introduce a TD Model for AVASO’s future growth.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the requirements and expectations of employees, function, and organizational development needs.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (For instances coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc.).
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and trainings.
  • Assess the success of the training programs, development plans and help employees make the most of learning. opportunities
  • Hire and oversee training and TD Specialists.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as the TD Sr. Manager / Training Manager.
  • Should have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and proficiency in the English language.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business training and development acumen.
  • Objective thinking, Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
  • MBA/ PG + Professional certification is a plus
  • Should be proficient in TD modeling and able to manage advanced technologies and automation processes for talent development projects and training implementations.
  • Should possess a strong understanding of current trends and advancements in learning technologies, including AI-driven platforms, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
