About the role...

We are seeking a talented Senior/ Manager UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior/ Manager UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences across our products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business and user needs.

What you’ll do for us…Lead the design of user experiences across our products and services, from ideation to implementationDesign industry leading customer experiences for our supply chain platform.Collaborate with solution architects, PMs, customers, UI developers,

and QA to deliver extraordinary user experiences.Identify user interface requirements; help define project approach and user experience strategy.Set conceptual design and suggest product direction based on customer research and functional requirements.Define the user interaction model and workflows.Develop

wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes

for new interfaces and features.Develop UI specifications. Present designs by way of design documentation, verbal presentations, and online meetings.Conduct user research, user testing, and usability testing to inform design decisionsDevelop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design conceptsCreate high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for development teamsWork collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to ensure design solutions meet business and user needsMentor and coach junior UX designers on design methodologies and best practicesStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies

What you’ll have...·Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex, cross-platform products and servicesExperience in designing for B2B Companies.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsExperience conducting user research, user testing, and usability testingStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsExperience mentoring and coaching junior UX designersKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
