Job DescriptionACG_1933_JOBOur client is a leading logistics firm in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy in line with company objectives.

Identify and attract potential partners across various industries with complementary offerings to drive mutual revenue growth.

Oversee negotiations and execute precise partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and foster long-term collaboration.

Manage existing partner relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration to maximize value.

Establish and implement a performance measurement framework to monitor partnership effectiveness and enhance overall growth strategy.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Growth, Sales, and Product to seamlessly integrate partnerships into the business strategy.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities.

What success looks likeShort-term goals include developing a partnership strategy in line with company goals and nurturing potential partners with complementary offerings.

Long-term success is measured by driving measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, achieved through ongoing optimization of the partnership strategy and portfolio management. Requirements

5+ years of experience with a strong grasp of market trends and partner needs.

Proven ability to cultivate strategic partnerships across retail and distribution sectors, including fashion, electronics, F&B, mass merchandise, and major FMCG companies.

Expertise in strategic account management and consultative sales, adept at expanding relationships across diverse sectors and collaborating with global teams.

Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, excels in fast-paced environments, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Skilled in leading complex negotiations and delivering on agreements.

Facilitates seamless collaboration among teams and partners, with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

Effective leader, motivating teams and fostering continuous learning.
