WorkLocation : Kolkata

Any Under Graduate/Graduate Fresher can Apply.

Experience in international Voice Process candidate can apply for thisJob

Shift:US Shift (evening & night shift)

JobDescription :

Answer incoming calls and respond tocustomer's emails.
Management and resolve customercomplaints.
Sell products and place customer ordersin the computer system.
Identify and escalate issues tosupervisors.
Provide product and service informationto customers.
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working

Requirements

Qualification: Undergraduate & Graduate 

Candidate should have - 

Good Communication skills.
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Good technical knowledge.
